It's tricky using tricks
Forget trying to trick a search engine robot! They do not like being forced into doing anything.
Eventually every page is read by a human eye by each search engine's staff. Now whether that's months or weeks, no one knows. But when these 'tricks' are discovered, you will find your URLs / Website are deleted from the search engines cache, with a life time ban for the paricular website that is trying it on.
DON'T DO IT!
Spamming
You will be very quickly classed as a spammer. Google now have a search spider with a spam detector built into it's algorithm. If a keyword is detected that is simply repeated too many times, it will not crawl the rest of your site and will not cache you in it's search results, meaning your website will never be found in a million years.
Honest SEO
It is the only way to go. Pure honest well worded text including the use of h1, h2, h3 and h4 tags, images with 'alt text' good structure with simple navigation.
